Pre-Owned Buildings
Pre-owned buildings represent the greatest value and opportunity for customers. Unlike cars, boats, home appliances, etc. portable buildings do not have any moving parts – there is nothing to wear out! Consequently, the Warranty on a pre-owned building is the exact same as a new building.
At Cook, our reconditioning process repairs any damage that may have occurred while out on rental. In addition, we apply two full coats of UV protectant stain that costs Cook’s an average of 5% of the retail price of the building. Why buy new? With the added value of the stain and the same Lifetime Warranty, reconditioned pre-owned buildings are better than new!
Customers may also choose to purchase a pre-owned building that has not gone through the staining part of the refurbishing process in order to paint the building to match their home, as slightly aged buildings actually accept paint better than new buildings.
